Terms of Service

Please read these terms before using Orbit. You must accept them during account setup to continue.

Effective August 12, 2026 · Last updated August 28, 2026
Plain-language summary
  • Use Orbit lawfully.
  • Only submit content you can process.
  • AI responses can be wrong.
  • Paid plans renew until canceled.
  • Deleting an account is permanent.

1. The service

Orbit is a browser-based AI companion operated by Gluckz. It can process prompts, webpages, screenshots, and files you choose to provide; generate AI responses; save conversations into Spaces; and offer optional paid plans. Features may change over time.

2. Eligibility and access

You must be at least 13 and legally able to accept these terms. Orbit requires a Google-backed account and acceptance of the current Privacy Policy and Terms before its workspace becomes available. You are responsible for your Google account, browser profile, installation credential, and activity.

3. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of submitted content. You grant Orbit and its providers a limited right to host, transmit, reproduce, and process it only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Orbit to break the law; violate rights; facilitate fraud, abuse, harassment, malware, phishing, or credential theft; probe or bypass security, billing, quotas, or infrastructure; automate installation creation or resource exhaustion; resell access; or evade suspension.

5. AI output

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable. Orbit does not provide medical, legal, financial, safety, or other professional advice. Verify important information and remain responsible for decisions made using output.

6. Plans, subscriptions, and limits

Orbit may offer free, Plus, and Pro plans with allowances shown before checkout. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance by Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation through the customer portal normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Deleting your Orbit account is permanent, immediately cancels active Orbit subscriptions, may end access before the paid period expires, and does not itself create a refund unless law requires one.

Except where required by law, charges are non-refundable once a billing period begins. Contact support if you believe a charge was incorrect or the service was materially unavailable.

7. Third-party services

Orbit relies on Google Gemini, Cloudflare, Stripe, browser platforms, GitHub Pages, and extension stores. Their terms and policies may apply to their parts of the service.

8. Intellectual property

Orbit's interface, brand, software, documentation, and website are owned by Gluckz or its licensors. These terms provide a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Orbit as provided.

9. Beta features and changes

Preview features may be incomplete, change, lose data, or be discontinued. We may modify, pause, or discontinue parts of Orbit and will provide notice of material paid-service changes when practical or required.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbit is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Gluckz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages or losses arising from reliance on AI output. Aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of fees paid for Orbit in the preceding three months or US $25.

11. Termination

You may stop using Orbit at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated for violations, security threats, legal requirements, nonpayment, or service discontinuation. Provisions that should survive termination remain effective.

12. General terms

If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remain effective. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. Terms may be updated with the date above revised and additional notice when legally required.
